Policies

PAYMENT METHOD

Dolce Vita Med Spa accepts cash, check and most credit cards. Payments are due at time of service. There is a $25 returned check fee.

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to all our clients, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required on all services. If you do not cancel in time there will be a 100% of the scheduled service charged to your card on file. We do understand there are things outside of our control and we will take that into consideration. We require a credit card on file to book any appointments.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Sorry, there are no refunds on gift certificates. The recipient has one (1) year from time of purchase to use their gift certificate. After one year, price increases may apply to services and are due upon completion of service.

PRODUCT RETURN

A refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate or exchange for another skin care product.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a friend and receive a $50 dollar gift certificate to use on a service of your choice just our way of saying thanks.
